The minimum age requirement to hire all vehicles is 21. There is no maximum hire age. No additional fees apply to young drivers.

It is not permitted to cross the UAE border.
Please be advised that it is not permitted to take 4 x 4s off road.

Damage Waiver with Theft Protection (CDW) reduces the excess in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified.
CDW is optional and if not included in the reservation, is available for purchase at the counter.

The applicable excess amounts are:

1200 AED: Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard
1500 AED: Full-size Sedan, Standard SUV
2000 AED: Full-size SUV, full-size All-Terrain, Premium Special
2500 AED: Premium, Premium Elite Coupe,
4000 AED: Luxury Special, SUV and Premium Elite Crossover

The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost or stolen. Customers are required to provide an official police report (in case of damage) or an official police report and the original car key (provided at the time of hire) in case of theft.
Failure to provide an official police report (with the original car key in case of theft) voids the CDW and the hirer is liable for the full amount of damage caused or the value of the vehicle in case of theft.
CDW does not cover damages to tyres, windshields or the underbody of the vehicle during the hire unless it is part of an accident with an official police report.
CDW does not cover damages where no third party is involved. CDW is not insurance.

Airport locations will facilitate Delivery and Collection services as they operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To arrange delivery and collection service please contact 0097142203023. Delivery and Collection service is applicable at the cost 52.50 AED- within city limit and 157.50 AED- outside city limits. This service has to be pre booked 24 hours in advance. One-ways are permitted within UAE only. A drop charge may apply for some one-way rentals. This charge is quoted at the time of reservation.

As a customer, you can choose how to pay for fuel when returning the vehicle.

Fuel policy at non-airport locations:
You may refuel the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of hire.
If you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price.
A full tank of fuel is not guaranteed.

If selected and paid for, PAI Personal Accident Insurance provides Renter and Renters passengers with Accidental Death, Accident Medical Expenses and Ambulance Expense benefits. A daily premium of 10.00 AED for all groups applies.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay, Mercury, RuPay, Discovery, UPI and Jaywan, are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name and valid for at least 3 months from the hire date.
Debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the hire. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the hire will be taken at the time of hire. The deposit is 3,000 AED for all vehicle categories.
The deposit will be held for a period of up to 30 days after your hire period.
After 30 days, the issuing bank will automatically release the deposit amount, provided that there are no post-hire charges. If the deposit is not returned to your card within this period, we recommend that you seek further assistance from the card-issuing bank.

Roadside assistance is available 24/7 by calling the number displayed on the hire car windscreen sticker. This service is free of charge. Roadside assistance includes mechanical assistance, towing, replacement car, lockouts, lost keys and pick-ups. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your hire contract and applicable laws. Roadside assistance service does not cover breakdowns outside of the United Arab Emirates.

Driving licence requirement:

The driver must be in possession of a valid driving licence held for at least 1 year without any endorsements and penalties. The driving licence must be valid for a minimum of one week or for the entire duration of the hire period, whichever is longer.
Visitors from the below list of countries are allowed to drive in the UAE with their local valid driving licence.

GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar.

European countries: Lithuania, Portugal, Hungary, Bulgaria, Latvia, Serbia, Luxembourg, Iceland, Estonia, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Albania, Romania, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Finland, Spain, the Netherlands, Belarus, Greece, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey, Denmark, Austria, France, Britain, Norway, The Republic of Montenegro, Ukraine, Croatia.

North American countries: United States of America, Canada.

East Asian countries/Oceania: Japan, South Korea, Israel, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Hong Kong, People's Republic of China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore.

African countries: South Africa

An international driving permit is required for visitors from any other country. If the driving licence is not in English, a legal English translation will be required. A UAE Driving Licence is required for renters holding a UAE Residence Visa. Any visitors on a work visa must ensure that they have the required residence visa and meet the previous requirement before they are able to hire.

Passport and ID requirement:

Tourists: drivers must present a valid original passport at the time of hire.
UAE residents: drivers are required to present a valid original Emirates ID, along with a copy of their valid passport and residence visa.
UAE and GCC nationals: only a valid national ID is required.
